q: How do I order products online?

IRS Online has been designed in such a way, that navigation is user-friendly and you will be taken through the steps during your visit. You can shop by the region you chose and by the retailer you chose, this giving you peace of mind that you will always have the back up from your local retailer. You can shop in three ways; by brand, by product, or by category. Use the "Add to cart" button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s).

Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the "Checkout" link in the upper right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details. Select your payment method, and if "Credit Card" is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the website and the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.

 
q: DELIVERY or COLLECTION

IRS Online represents Independent retailers nationally, this giving you the option of collecting your order directly from store or having it delivered directly to your delivery address of choice. Should you select the “collect” option and the selected store has stock you will be able to collect “Same day” should the store not have stock the lead time will be between 5 and 7 working days. Should you select a delivery address within the same region of delivery and the store has stock of the item the delivery will take place within 48hrs. If the store does not have stock the lead time will be between 5 and 7 working days.

q: How do I return a product purchased online?

If the item is defective, contact us on 0860 000 252 and we shall direct you to the Customer Service contact centre of the brand that you purchased. Or yiu can return it to the store you did your purchase through .Each brand has its own service policies, but generally all defective products, within the warranty period would be evaluated by the brand, prior to deciding the best course of action; either repair or replacement.

If the product is not defective, you may contact the store you purchased through for a refund. Please note that conditions for return are:

1. The goods must be unused

2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

4. You must provide your original Invoice, together with your proof of purchase.

The payment options include all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, Instant EFT, via your Bank, is also available. The process is detailed on our Website.

Our transactions are hosted by Setcom, a locally and internationally approved and accredited payment gateway, which is 3D enabled and totally secure.
